Salud: La ministra Monasterolo visitó el Hospital Rural de Río Pico, que se prepara para festejar sus 60 años

La ministra de Salud del Chubut, Miryám Monasterolo, visitó recientemente el Hospital Rural de Río Pico, donde mantuvo un encuentro de trabajo con la directora, Diana Solís, y el equipo de salud local, en el marco del cual pudieron evaluar distintos aspectos vinculados con el funcionamiento del establecimiento asistencial y los servicios que se brindan a la comunidad.

En la oportunidad, la titular de la cartera sanitaria estuvo acompañada por las autoridades del Área Programática Esquel: la directora, Patricia Laborde, la directora asociada, Alejandra Manosalva, y el director de Administración, Francisco Serantes.

También, estuvieron presentes la subsecretaria de Desarrollo Social -del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, Familia, Mujer y Juventud-, Ana María Iturra; y la directora del Área Programática Sur, Margarita Opazo.

Gestión en el territorio

Consultada al respecto, la ministra de Salud, Miryám Monasterolo, comentó que: “en Río Pico recorrimos el hospital acompañados por las autoridades del Área Programática Esquel, y conversamos con los diferentes servicios respecto a la situación actual de la institución, sus necesidades y las tareas de prevención y promoción de la salud que desarrollan”.

La visita de Monasterolo a la localidad cordillerana responde al pedido del Gobernador Mariano Arcioni de recorrer el interior provincial, para gestionar en el territorio y de manera directa soluciones sanitarias para toda la población.

Trabajo de articulación con el Municipio

Asimismo, Monasterolo valoró: “el trabajo de articulación que se lleva adelante con el Municipio local, para instalar el Servicio de Rehabilitación y reparar el hospital, que se prepara para festejar sus 60 años”, el próximo mes de marzo de 2.023.
